The Portland Historic Races is looking for a group of dedicated volunteers to help with the event. Besides actually getting in a race car and taking laps this is a great way to be part of the show.

If you want to get up close and personal with cars and don't shy away from squealing tires or a little dust, volunteer to help in the Car Corrals or with the Autocross!

The event is a fundraiser for the Community Transitional School, a Portland-based organization that provides important educational services to children who are homeless or otherwise at risk of school failure.

If you enjoy a more sedate atmosphere surrounded by good food and beverages, perhaps you would like to volunteer in the Fred Meyer Food and Wine Pavilion, where you would assist vendors in distributing samples of food and beverages. Volunteers in this area will enjoy interacting with patrons, talking about the foods and providing customer service in this area.

If you enjoy active, excited kids - or are just a kid at heart - the Kids' Zone is the place to volunteer! Clowns Unlimited provides the attractions, but we need energetic, active adults to help supervise and direct the kids in this area and help keep kids safe at all times.

Driving a golf cart shuttle is a service we provide to our patrons to assist people in getting around the facility. Volunteers must be 16 years of age with a valid driver's license. If you like to keep moving, this might be the job for you!
